About SBM Safety Solutions SBM Safety Solutions was established to provide tailor-made and cost effective health, safety and environmental services to any size of company that requires assistance with either a specific issue such as noise, or regular on-going support (this may involve SBM Safety Solutions acting as that organisations Health and Safety Advisor). These principals apply to any size of orgainisation and especially the self-employed and micro-business i.e. those employing between 1-10 staff - who often find some difficulty in accessing cost effective assistance in these areas - right up to the larger PLC or blue-chip company. We cover the whole of the UK providing such health, safety and environmental services including noise surveys and assessment, policy formulation, risk assessment, auditing, asbestos management and surveys and diagnostic reviews. We assist our clients with compliance regarding current regulations including the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005; the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002, to name only a few of the raft of regulations requiring all businesses and employers -including the self-employed - to assess risk and implement sufficient controls. Many companies find it difficult to adequately resource their health and safety requirements in-house and prefer to out-source. This is where we can assist your business. You may require our competent health and safety advisory service - a requirement of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 - or you may require a specific service such as a noise survey or diagnostic health and safety review. You may even require a package of services or regular on-going support including regular visits.
